Meyers and Associates
Meyers & Associates began to serve as CAST’s Washington liaison in January, 1998. Over
the years, they have assisted CAST in building a reputation and visibility on Capitol Hill
and with policymakers within many agencies of the federal government. They provide
weekly Washington, D.C. updates that are forwarded to CAST members in
the “Friday Notes” e-newsletter; coordinate briefings for CAST with
members of Congress and Legislative Assistants; and facilitate informal
meetings with senior staff of the U.S. House and Senate Agriculture Committees
to inform them of CAST publications related to policy issues.
