Please join the Council for Agricultural Science and Technology (CAST) for a presentation by Dr. Frank Mitloehner on The 2050 Challenge–or Can We Eat Our Way Out of Climate Change? Dr. Mitloehner, winner of the 2019 Borlaug CAST Communication Award, is a professor and air quality extension specialist in the Department of Animal Science at the University of California, Davis. He is making a difference nationally and worldwide in how we view animal agriculture, its effect on greenhouse gases, and its role in nourishing the global population.
