The second session in CAST’s six-part FIFRA/ESA webinar series, “A Legal Discussion of the FIFRA/ESA Consultation Process Over Time,” on December 19, provided in-depth insights into critical environmental and agricultural issues.
This webinar, led by Brigit Rollins, Staff Attorney at the National Agricultural Law Center, featured the speakers Bernalyn McGaughey, President of Compliance Services International, Stanley Culpepper, Professor at the University of Georgia, and Tony Burd, Senior Regulatory Stewardship Manager at Syngenta. Together, they dived into the legal complexities of the ESA and FIFRA, exploring the EPA’s historical and current approaches to these pivotal regulations.
